If i hear that word again ill scream. we went and saw adaptation tonight. adaptation was a very interesting movie which is about making this movie. yes, that what its about. the movie is about making the movie. you watch charlie kauffman (nicholas Cage) go through the steps towards making the movie. Actually by making the movie, i mean its about kaufman writing the screeplay for the movie. The movie adaptation...its very hard to explain, i don't really get it and i watched the movie. I don't want to dive into the details because if i say even a little more, it may ruin the movie for you. It starts off where charlie hates himself and he screws up everything that he does. he is in charge of writing the screenplay for The Orchid Thief then he goes on an, hmm i gues you could call it an adventure...anyways charlie changes his world around by the end. he has a twin brother, dan, who is also played by cage which is very cool. out of ten i give it a 8.8. Its not a movie that you should rush out of your house for, but its definately worth seeing. If you go see the movie, you will see the resemblance of kaufman to nagowski. I can just see nagowski sitting in front of his screen saying "im fat, im balding, i hate myself", but maybe you disagree. Go see the movie.
After the movie, ann mcnall, selig, ted, ted's girl, ann's cousin, and myself went to mighty. Fellow adaptationers george simpson, ben L. nelson, eric plunkett, and amanda hinkle showed up about an hour later cause they started talking in the halls of regal, and i guess they never stopped. They eventually showed up and i left. go raiders.
